PromptyFlow

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

PromptyFlow ("we", "us") operates promptyflow.com. This page explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

  • Waitlist signup. If you join the waitlist, we ask for your email address and the language you write in. You provide both voluntarily.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. The site itself sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers.

How we use it

Your email address is used to confirm your subscription (we use double opt-in), to tell you when access to PromptyFlow opens, and to send occasional product updates. Your writing language helps us decide in which language to write to you. We do not sell or rent personal information — to anyone, ever.

Where it is processed

The waitlist is managed by Kit (ConvertKit LLC, a US email service); your signup goes directly to Kit and is stored there under Kit's privacy policy. The website is served by a global hosting provider.

Your choices and rights

  • Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all further mail.
  • You can ask us to delete your data entirely by writing to the address below.
  • If you are in the EU, UK, or a US state with a privacy law (including Florida and California): we process your email on the basis of your consent, and you may withdraw it, request a copy of your data, or request deletion at any time. We do not sell personal information as defined by those laws.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting waitlist subscribers will be announced by email.
